Remeber to take the enzymes on an empty stomach so they get into your system, otherwise they just work on the food in your stomach and thats not what we want.
I have been reading about Systemic Enzymes for 2 days now and it looks like Neprinol AFD 500 is a very good product with lots of different enzymes put together for best effect, its similar to VitalZym.


Im curently looking for a place with a good price that ships here to sweden.
Looks like Outletnutrition.com have good deals, does anyone know if thats a good company?
