Fulvic Acid is the modern scientificc term for the much older common name of Humic Acid. Which is the liquid that runs off Compost, and when specifically cultured is the substance used for Effective Microorganisms {EM}(see that forum).

The differences lie in the pH of the liquid...but this can be controlled, just like how there is different composts AND different EM solutions for different purposes.
