I did the Colonix cleanse which was easy and worked well. It's a psyllium based cleanse which tend to work better for guys, where the oxy-C tends to be preferred by women.

Yoga's excellent, but nothing to do with a colon/liver/kidney etc cleanse. Nice to do them together though.
