Thank you. I am not new to curezone by any means. But I am new to this EM stuff. I posted about sauerkraut. I would like to know if it serves the same purpose as kefir and yogurt or probiotics.
Also, I just bougth oragano oil. Will this kill off good bacteria? If so, do I need to take a break from my probiotics?
