No, I don't usually paint my neck unless it's sore. Then sometimes I'll paint the sides of my neck. I think 9 layers of full strength Lugols in one day is a little excessive, or my face wouldn't have felt like it was burning. My body gave me the signal that I better put out the fire at that point. Usually aloe vera is enough to take away the pain of a burn for me, but it wasn't enough to put out the pain on my face. I'm so glad I had the half and half. It gave much more relief, to where it was tolerable.
