I agree you are definitely going through a detox. I had the hot/fever like feeling too once or twice, pre the hot weather so I knew it was the EM....its just the body's way of killing of bad microbes. You're in the UK I presume?? I love this hot weather! I need less sleep too, about 6-7 hrs.

Yes if you want to create a list I'll include my experiences so far.
