I think it was just blocked elimination pathways, so "stuff" trying to make its way out through the skin but very intersting all the same. I do drink plenty of water but not always with the EM no.

I find it works best for me on an empty stomach yes, esp before bed or between meals. With meals, it reacts with the food too much and makes me feel more spacey.
