Absolutley correct Low thyroid = low metabolism = candida!.

This has been my latest thinking as when i took iodoral i got much better had 10+ bowel movements a day getting all the stuff out.

My question is though how do we know if were putting ourself hyperthyroid? there is a very fine line and when do you stop Iodine intake ? never?
