Hi smuse,
I've been taking Org Cider Vinegar for a few weeks now. Just wondered what "the mother enzyme is"?

I'm also taking Lugols Iodine (and Grapefruit seed extract and multi-vits), which is making me feel dreadful. I'm hoping it will do me good in the long-run though.
