when i bend my neck a certain ways the inside of my throat touches itself. you know when you look way to the back of your thought and you see that little flap thing sticking up i think that touches something and it closes when i sleep i think thats what makes me gag at night.

maybe at night i stop breathing a few times and that why i wake up with a headache, i did contact the sleep clinic b4 but that was just a waste of time.
