Hey Charlie its scarface i have been on a down mission binging on drink to cover my misery thats why i havent been back in touch was contemplating death again but was too scared as always.

Anyway what are your thoughts on iodine deficiency for the matter, the only time i felt better was taking iodoral(pottasium iodide) my back grew in line, my vitilligo(i know you dont like disease names) but white patch skin on my face disseapeared, i was having 10 bowel movements plus a day and feeling great. But came off it due to palpatations and racing heart got a shouting at by the doc. Which i actually think the palps were now caused by my sauna depleting electroyltes.

Any info is appreciated and what you think might be the right way to go?
