i dunno ms.fixit. i would advise that, as an adult, you should rethink drinking milk everyday. heck, milk and all it's products are not really that good for us adults. great for kids though. and raw is best. that's what we get. where to get it? ask around the health food/ tree huggy/granola/birkenstock circuit. know any farmers? if you are in a city....i dunno, good luck.
