Not sure what doses should be taken but I've been taking 8 drops a day in water.
This is only my 4th day but I can tell you that I've been feeling really odd - aching muscles, headaches, extremely tired, dizzy and loss of balance.

Not sure if this is a good or bad thing. I've had die-off before when I started the candida diet but this seems worse.

A doctor on another website advised 6 drops 4 times a day.

I'm feeling very cold...but hey, that's Britain for you.
