This worked for die-off in my case: salt loading with Celtic Salt. Or even just drinking a lot a lot of water, and consuming a pinch of sea salt ever so often. (I was at work--didn't do any exact recipe) That worked for me one day, I felt pretty normal. But the next day I just didn't work on drinking a whole lot of extra water and didn't do the salt, I felt die-off symptoms again without it.
