Thanks Chris, that's good to know. I'll stick with it and hope the skin improves in its own time.

As for the ice cold hands; I haven't done any exercise or anything up until this morning because I was trying to rest as much as possible, but this morning I took a brisk walk and the hands got warm. Maybe I wasn't doing enough physical activity so my circulation got bad. I suffer from slow circulation anyway, it runs in the family. I'll try and do a brisk walk every morning from now on.
