for me i would hold my muscles really tight around m belly all the time when i had the mirena. i did not know i was doing that and i still hold my muscles really tight all day long. the few times i did have sex with the mirena it just was not working for me accept 1 time i told myself to totally relax and breathe and get into the moment, well that worked, and i got pregnant with the mirena.

no i did not have the baby, its a very long story.
