Another thing that is important to do is to get the flouride out of your water. Flouride is a byproduct of manufacturing aluminum. There are pitchers that you can find on the internet that will filter flouride out of your water. You have to look for one that specifically does that. The regular filters don't do it. Flouride will also increase osteoporosis. My 94 year old Aunt's doctor told us to do this.
