I somewhat agree with Mo123. I think she is tryna say that just pure dieting isnt enough for some as for others. Leaky gut can be severe for one person and slightly for another person. I do believe that its more than just "dieting" to heal leaky gut where as there are some who did this "candida diet" for months with no success.

Your right natalie88 when u say that everyone is different but not everyone can keep up or even have time for the dieting with there hectic lives but I guess you both have some good pointers.
