how many pills are you taking? i take 6 and i am set! i usually don't need more then that but then again i don't eat very much at all and there is very little waste to begin with.The Liver Flush was the best thing i ever done for myself- i do notice a dramatic difference after doing it.The entire procedure was not bad at all and not sure what everyone is whinning about.The Grapefruit/olive oil was actually pleasant tasting as well and went down smooth,especially with chilled water.
Not sure whats causing your obstruction though,have you tried using OP with a lemon wedge? works great.
no ,don't eat the wedge- squeeze out the juices!
works wonders for me.

i have read that some people have needed up to 12 pills of OP so maybe you need to
up the dosage.I have never needed to take more then 6..
