I see you've been inundated with folks who have used the Master-Cleanse for dieting-only purposes. I understand now why you assumed I was one of them and put that first page in here about diet vs life-style-change.

I hope you now understand where I'm coming from as well as I've stated from the beginning that my primary purpose was detoxing.
