Thats a difficult question and one no-one here as far as I know is qualified to answer it
My thoughts are that it depends on how much of the Liver is diseased.
You could look at the recommendations for cancer
and the advice for hepatitis.
I would think you would be likely to experience similar diffulties as Hepatitis sufferers
