Thanks for that. No I'm practically vegan, but I eat eggs and have eaten foods sometimes that contain traces of milk, plus recently been taking pancreatic enzymes that come from a pig. My diet is generally good and I eat eggs and pea protein powder for protein. I eat almonds and seeds, carrots, greens etc. I take b12 methylcobalamin and probiotic powder.
I am taking also detoxified Iodine to replenish my low iodine. I have no Iodine show up on 2 hair mineral analysis. I am wondering if while replenishing this its having a side affect of making me so fatigued. I initially put the question whether zince or B6 might cause fatigue because it only seems to happen when I take these even on the days I don't take the iodine.
I am wondering now whether it is the sheer accumulation of so many nutrients, what with the digestive enzymes, betaine HCL and Iodine that my body is pulling in so much more from food and putting more pressure on the pancreas to control insulin levels etc thats causing such fatigue?
Or having read more recently in the Iodine Forum whether its bromide build up and that I have not been drinking enough water or sodium to clear myself through while iodine detoxing?
I will come off everything for now, and stick to the iodine, digestive enzymes and betaine HCL and drink atleast 2 glasses of water with a pinch of himalayan pink salt 30 mins before every meal and keep every meal not larger than the size of my hand.
