Hi Ya'll,

Mastitis may be mostly because of too much Undigested Protein in the body, which
may cause the body to become too Acidic!

This may be corrected by reducing your intake of protein and especially by
stopping eating any Proteins after 4-6 hours before bed time!

Also by taking a small pinch of Epsom Salt with each meal, so the Liver and the
Kidneys may do their job of getting rid of the excess Proteins!
