If possible you can pour fresh few drops of urine in to your Navel.

Putting/Pouring urine in Navel serves purposes over oiling of whole body internally. If you do not pack container of urine then there are less chances of smell of urine.

Note : Urine in navel increases the strength of the immune system. It's also another way of absorbing urine, not too practical though. I prefer fresh urine enemas!
