I am a new member to the board and I suffer from SEVERE TMJ pain.

I can't wear a mouth guard , they bruise my gums and gag me.

I have seen my dentist , an ENT , and my regular primary care doctor.

None of them can help me.

I have tried over the counter med's and nothing helps the pain.

What can I do ? HELP !
