As I see it
There is not enough released during activtion especially with less than 6 drops
to affect the lungs even Bruce had to admit this himself
You would have to put your mouth over the glass for 3 minute breathing it in
But if you want to use it unacivated first to try that's up to you
I agree you could also ventilate the room well and hold your breath when you go to drink it
but i can't see how this is necessary
