I was going to edit that - saw your second post afterwards. Was it that wheel someone linked to about a week ago now I think? (can't find it now). It would be interesting to find out *why* people are usually acidic in the morning, rather than assume enzymes will work best at that time; and I wouldn't want to make myself more acidic if I was already overly so.

Have you found Geoff on About.com? His diet is like a raw paleo warrior diet, with very high fat: http://www.allexperts.com/expert.cgi?m=1&catID=768&expID=42111. I've moved away from land animals for now, but still I agree with a really high amount of raw fat.

Coconuts: apart from what I've said about detox and instant energy, all saturated fat maximizes the anabolic process; from what I've read it's way more important than overdosing on protein for building muscle. I'm more interested in this and the nutrients in raw fruit than protein, carbs or veggies.

Instead of the protein, I'm going to try the oil for breakfast some days; I think we should try to answer the thread question ourselves in this case, rather than go by what either Ori or Andreas have said.
