In response to Westman. I agree with you, I am trying the daytime fasting, but still want to stick with mainly Andreas (Ayurveda) system. In 3 years I have gotten very healthy, but it is very hard for me to just eat 3x a day (Andreas). I keep eating. Andreas says the main meal should be taken at lunchtime, I have switched now to evening on the Warrior system.
For now I have added the coffee in the morning but drink a glass of water afterwards to prevent the dehydration from the coffee. I have only done this for 3 days so time will tell if I can loose weight on this system, my main reason. In daytime I eat 2 fruits a day and drink urine besides water, learned from the UT forum.
I don't have to do this for detoxing, I feel I am clean after 3 years of liverflushes, Oxypowder and eating more or less right. I do food combining, though the last 3 nights I had either sardines or some chicken. I don't want to keep doing this. And it is very hard for me to see how I can add carbohydrates to this.
So I try finding my way, I do feel that by telling myself I don't need food in daytime so far that helps. My big problem after I eat one thing I keep looking for more food.
So basically I want to follow Andreas except that I want to try this daytime fasting and then eat at night more or less according to Andreas.
In my life several times I havedone something like the Atkins diet, what originally worked very well for me, but became harder and harder to do.
To-day I found easy, but yesterday it was harder, 1st day was easy too.
So time will tell, I am really not ready to do the Warrior diet according to the rules.

BTW your link did not work for me.
