Apparently there's some activated coconut filters that take out 40-60% of fluoride. Have you heard of that? Aquasana is one such maker. They claim it takes out 2/4 of the fluoride isotopes (note sure, but they suggested it was the type added to water in municipal supplies, leaving the natural forms).
