you might consider trying an apple cleanse, which is eating nothing but organic apples for two or three days. its very very cleansing and the natural malic acid in the apples will draw the aluminum out of the body.

for mercury i would check out andy cutler's protocol which is basically DMSA and alpha lipoic acid taken on a strict schedule. you can buy his book on amazon. here is some of his posts. click the "informative posts by andy cutler" button.
