Acute inflammation is red, swelling, pain etc. We have chronic inflammation, which is invisible/silent.
Yea cutting the lip would bring the lips back into acute inflammation but for that area only. All the cortisol has closed blood cappiliries around the lip. Thats why there's no blood when we peel off the skin.
Like i said it may heal with Acute inflammation.. or simply the skin will just strengthen and not overgrow.
obviously the most comfortable would be the skin just strengthens and doesn't overgrow. The non-comfortable is acute inflammation.
