Thanks for the response.
I think people just don't know this forum is here yet. I just read about it the other day in the curezone newsletter. I think it will pick up if we spread out a few posts so that it shows up in the hot forums more often.

I think I am going to try this; it sounds pretty easy to do!
I think if I blend this with an alkalizing, 80% raw diet, I should be feeling great in no time:-) Hopefully, I will be able to put on a few pounds of muscle as well, with the help of my new Russian KettleBell (which I really like, even though I have only had it for 3 days).

So, I will eat a little fruit or fresh fruit juice in the morning and either fruit or a small raw salad in the afternoon. Also during the afternoon, I will probably be sipping a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses with fresh lemon and/or a light superfood drink.

Is there a minimum amount of water you drink during the day?

You mention that you stop eating when you are more thirsty than hungry. Do you stop drinking before your meal and then not drink until you are done eating so that you know when to stop eating, or do you drink water throughout the meal?

Also, you mention eating in order - fruits, veggies, proteins, then carbs. Is there any kind of waiting period in between these to aid digestion? I don't eat a whole lot of meat right now because the good stuff is expensive and I don't like to eat too much non-organic american meats. What category to you think beans fall into? It sounds like you eat them with your carbs. I usually cook my beans and then while they are still hot, I add chopped fresh tomatoes and peppers with grated raw garlic, Sea Salt and cayenne pepper - this is my "half-raw chili". Does this go against the food combining rules? Also, can you mix your rice with veggies and/or meat or beans or are you supposed to eat them separately?

Okay, here's my last question (for now).
Do you finish your meal a certain number of hours before going to sleep or is it okay to fall asleep on an empty stomach?

Thanks for the info.
I will let you know how it goes for me. I think I'm going to start now.

Tina.
