hello! i was beggining to think that this forum was starting to wither away!

as for me, i have been on this for the last 3 years,3 years six months now-
i think it's six months anyways..and all i can say is that this diet is nothing
short of a miracle for me.I was suffering horribly from everything from
mental fog and confusion to what sometimes felt as if i had a full blown
case of psychosis! no joke..but since on the diet and have allowed my body to
completly detox from all the processed gunk i used to eat, i can say that i
feel 100% better. no more low blood Sugar woes or energy zaps after meals, no more
mood swings or crazy Depression after Sugar binges.I think that alot of my problems came from soo much processed foods and additives,also alot way too much sodium
and imbalances in minerals and vitamins.But since on the warrior diet, everything
pretty much changed for me..my lifelong eczema even cleared up, i was on anti-histimines for almost all my life because of it.My skin has cleared dramaticly,my mind is clear and my enegry levels are constant and stable, and i even feel as if i have an 'energy reserve' which i can call upon for a quick turbo boost in energy if i need it.


i tried Raw diet also where i ate only rare/raw meats and foods closets to it's rawest form..it was quite an experiance, but without enough knowledge on it- i started questioning it's validity.i may go back to raw again,i really love eating
raw meats and fats! i just like raw foods!

as far as the warrrior diet is concerned, i will ad a few links to help out the newbies, but in short- i fast for 20 hrs. (including sleep time) then eat a big three course meal.Starting with yogurt,fruits,salad- then meats (my favorite!)
then carbs, which are usually chili beans,brown rice with eggs or sausages.
I used to have a fear of eating too much protein but i quickly got over it when i noticed my muscle mass tone increasing.Also , i don't sweat it if i have regular Bowel movements because everything is moving along just fine then

just get enough fiber and it's all good!
basicly i stuff myself silly then rest, then go to bed!
i haven't gained any fat at all, as a matter of fact- i have actually gotten more
muscular and toned,with still about 8-10% body fat and i only work out once a
week,full body routine.

for starters remember-
eat lightly or not at all during the morning,after noon-
light proteins,raw fruits ,veggies

for the big meal-
veggies,fruits
proteins
carbs
eat as much as you like from any group and stop when more thirsty then hungry
