Hi there,
I've just received my bottle of Lugols Iodine today but I'm slightly concerned by the amount of warnings on the bottle.

Don't breath the fumes
Avoid contact to skin
May cause respiratory and digestive tract irritation.

Is this normal to have all these warnings?

My plan is to put a few drops in a water/apple cider vinegar mix and drink it in the mornings. I was also considering brushing it on my stomach and letting my body absorb it to see if I'm deficient (seen in a recent article on here).

Any thoughts would be great.
