PUSHUPS.




Grrrrl, pushups erased my boobs. I could do 20 regular pushups (or more.) I lost a cup size. The ability to do a lot of pushups was not permanent, but it seemed like the loss off boobage was!

Saw Palmetto helped a lot to get some bust back. It will increase firmness and overall size.

It also increased cellulite. It is known for that.
