Survey software is a work in progress. There are many areas of this software that I would like to improve ... but I may not have time for everything.
Building this software has taken 2 years of planing and 6 months of work.

I just updated it to allow addition of new options on selected questions.
Person who designs the survey, decides if a question will allow users to add new options.
