Unfortunately our bodies cry for iodine..It is jsut like vitamin D3-if you do not have enough you will get into trouble

The RDA by the governmental agencies are way to small- they recommend 250 mcg per day-I even had a pharmacist tell me(when I was ordering Lugol) that if I went over that amount my thyroid would explode !
When I tried to explain to her that Japanese(who followed their traditional diet) consumed on an average basis over 40 mg per day she could not comprehend it...

It just went over her head..

Vitamin C is the ENNEMY of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as it is an antioxident and so is Iodine,red hot chili peppers,green peppers,etc..

Vitamin C sold as ascorbic acid is not the real form of vitamin C.But in that form it does work but it can cause damages to your DNA/RNA..

As a user of "detoxified iodine" I do recommend it over Lugol-I use it once a day- 10 drops directly on my skin-within 1-2 hrs it is(yellow/brown patch) all gone..
Iodine gives you energy as well..
