yeah that's it with Gary Craig. It's evolved a lot over the years. There are many parts of the puzzle I believe and taking care of the physical is one piece. I like to approach it from all angles including finding things that help with the emotional and I find EFT helpful for that and like the fact that it is not talk therapy. It has been known to help with some physical ailments especially headaches and bodyaches- another interesting optional tool that's out there.
