It is not easy to transfer from junior college to a prestigious university . Those that are able to transfer usually arent very bright and don't do well on the LSAT, MCAT, GRE, GMAT etc and end up with a college degree but no profession and usually a degree in something that won't lead to a job.If someone transfers to UCLA from city college , they probably wont get into the engineering dept and if they do they will be at the bottom of the class.
Most white people don't do well on the SAT and less than ten percent of whites have IQs above 125.
