Thank you so much for your links to the many Dr. Schulze documents on the web. The one on cayenne led me to order the cayenne powder and I've been taking his 1/4 teaspoon 3 times a day for about 3 months.

Something I noticed is my body temperature is very low: like 76 to 77 in the middle of a nice hot day! I'm having my thyroid tested for t3 t4 etc. but I'm wondering if this high cayenne dosing over several months would lead to a drop in body temperature?

Do you have any idea?
