I had ordered some kelp thinking I'd rather go with a natural(food-like) source vs. the Lugol's. But apparently, according to the Iodine support forum, there are issues with arsenic in kelp?? This worried me some so I switched back to the detoxified Iodine I had. But anyway, things are improving while I'm doing this. Some days are really rough though due to bromide I believe. When I look at the symptoms of that, I pretty much have every single one of them.
