The affirmative action program at my law school is still in place . I guess the administation was intimidated by the affirmative action students who broke windows ,overturned furniture, took over the administration office.The argument for affirmative action is that if these students grew up in bel air , they would have had high LSAT scores but the evidence suggests that these scores are largely genetically based and if these students grew up in bel air they would have the same LSAT scores , minus an excuse for their low scores.
