Yes, this is a great thing to do. When I started Iodine I painted my face every night for about 2 months. My skin smoothed out in texture and became even in tone. I had to stop though because at first it would be gone in the morning and after the 2 months it would still be there in the morning. (I had to scrub my face with vit. c :) ) Someone at my job said my whole face structure looked like it changed. Now I will do it in pulses like my oral dose of iodine.
