I can relate to what you are going through. I went through a very similar process when I first went to a ND 14 years ago and learned I had a severe case of AF.

My recovery has been very up and down, and I still get impatient and want to get better faster than I am. I've learned that as long as I stick with my recovery program I always continue to get better.
