Sent my hair and a check to herbal healer acedemy at herbalhealer.com, gonna be doing another one from another place altogether, just so I can be sure.

On the malabsorbtion thing I recently started taking cayenne and man o man what difference it has made, that recent article about controling candida in 2 weeks has REALLY helped a lot.

I'm just not sure if the foods I eat contain much zinc, as I eat a lot of veggies, and now fruit.
