I've had a history of loose bowels for quite a while. I feel a lot better when I don't have them.
I think I can adjust UT to work in my favor though. :-)

UT is a great thing. Best therapy I think I've tried in 25 years of holistic health.

I wish I'd known about it 30 years ago.
