Yes I realize there is a chelation support forum, and I will probably make a post there, but it seems it's so rarely visited that I will never recieve an answer. Last time I posted there I didn't and the time before took about 2 weeks.

Anyway, I'm sure at least a few people on these forums have had heavy metal tests done, and perhaps know a bit about the results. I could really use some help with mine. I'm not sure how many elements were tested total, but it's not many (think like 37 or something), and I plan on having another test done very soon (as a second opinion) this time with 150 elements, from another lab altogether.

On to the result; Apparently I have very high phosphorus, VERY low zinc, somewhat low magnese, and very low cesium and strontium (not sure what either of those are though).

As for the heavy metals, my mercury is in fact pretty darn low (did NOT expect that), my lead and aluminum look like they are slightly in the high area but they say this is acceptable. Also my cadmium is considered high, but I'm not sure what that means. I looked up cadmium and found out it has something to do with lung elesticity that could lead to emphazima...Now I gotta say my lungs are really quite strong and I've never had a problem with them. Everything else thats listed is in the good-acceptable range.

So really it comes down to deficiency in mostly zinc, some in other stuff, and fairly high cadmium and phosphorus. Not sure if any of this will effect candida, but I'm sure if I can fix it, it's not like it would be bad for my health ;D

I would prefer not to have to take any supplements or anything of the like for my deficiencies if it can be helped, perhaps if anyone knows of any foods that will help while still keeping candida in mind (fruits included since I've started eating them again).

Any suggestions or thoughts? Thank you
