I got a terrible stomach virus and tried to do the old route of soups and teas and no milk but after three weeks no luck so read on the barefoot site this remedy and like my friend said, I KICKED BUTT!! Feel absolutely wonderful and hey I am sitting here eating pumpkin seeds. Back to my old self.

Yeah you are right jimsgirl, 21 caps is a huge amount and I was so worried about any reaction I would have but it stopped my sniffling nose and was able to go to work fine.
The second day I was still a little tired but by the afternoon I was eating a little and by the night I was on cloud ten. Boy have I changed, from now on my diet includes 9 caps of olive leaf not 2. Three caps 3 times a day. In case you don't know it is a immune booster and also a relief for Epstien Barr which is a virus I have also.
