I see some contradictions in the information provided in these two articles.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lecithin

While this article above says: "Niacine (vitamin B3) depletes choline."

http://wwwils.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/002409.htm#Function

This article says foods rich with Niacine are;

" Niacin (also known as vitamin B3) is found in dairy products, poultry, fish, lean meats, nuts, and eggs. Legumes and enriched breads and cereals also supply some niacin."

Now, arent't these the same foods that are RICH in choline?

I am more inclined to beleive the information in the second article.
