The last probiotic I tried--fermented red beet juice--did not give me an allergic reaction, but my bms were more liquid.
I did not take much, and in order to tolerate it better, I mixed it with springwater; so overall, it's not a complete failure.
I am going to try other stuff, will keep you posted.
